Meet the other board members

Laila Kepler

Laila Kepler is a local attorney practicing in the area of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. She is an active member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a nationwide collaboration of estate planning attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals. This collaborative effort has allowed her to maintain the personal service of a small law firm while providing her clients with the most up-to-date estate planning strategies available.

A self professed sun worshiper, Laila spent her earlier years on the beaches of San Diego. After a short stint in Chicago and another in the Princeton area, in 1995, Laila and her two children decided to call Temecula home. Fifteen years later, her son is now a junior at Temecula Valley High School and avid skateboarder, and her daughter is a freshman at the University of Southern California -Go Trojans!!- pursuing her dream in the cinematic arts.

Laila began her professional career in the banking industry. Although she loved her job, she always felt like she wanted to do more for her clients. When her son entered Kindergarten, Laila decided to return to school. She graduated from the University of California Riverside earning a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Philosophy and Law in Society and in 2006 she earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. After opening her own law practice, she decided once again to return to school. In May 2010, Laila will graduate with her LL.M. in Taxation.

Laila’s own life experience has given her a unique perspective and in-depth understanding about the challenges facing families today. She truly believes that life should be about reaching for your dreams - and most importantly…being yourself.
