I am a native to Southern California and have a diverse history performing street theatre at The Los Angeles County Museum of Art. I have acted and danced on stage, in television, and has done film worked in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas and New York. After starting a family, it became apparent that traveling for different shows and constant auditions weren’t conducive to family life, so I took my love of movement and in 1989 began my collection of different fitness certifications.

Seeing that Health and Fitness were now a way of life, my education continued to include a certification in Sports Medicine, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Bio Mechanics, Diet and Nutrition. I have worked in Urgent Cares and as an Orthopedic Tech, helping patients with injuries through their rehab. I have been a student of Pilates for nearly 17 years now, and have been a certified Pilates Instructor for the last 3 years.

Interests include learning to sky dive, so I can keep up with my husband, staying out of way of Déjà vu and Rain, the Great Danes who own the house, and always staying creative.

Loves include my husband Scott who is ever supportive of everything I endeavor to get myself into, my children, my granddaughter, and of course the doggies.

I love being The Wish Coordinator for Wishes for Children; I equate it to being The Good Fairy!
